The Fair Work Bill introduced into Parliament provides for the establishment of a one-stop-shop Fair Work Australia (FWA) for advice and support on all workplace relations issues and enforcement of legal entitlements. The FWA replaces various agencies including the Australian Industrial Relations Commission. The Government anticipates benefits to employees and employers by having all workplace issues going to one main body.
